Matcha teas have been the centre of tea ceremonies for centuries, and are known for their spiritual as well as cleansing properties.
Our Special Matcha is great with water at 80-90c as a natural pick me up, or with hot milk as a Matcha Latte. Just use 1g of this ‘powder gold’ of teas per cup. Try it with lemon or honey, if you’re into the health benefits, but it’s a little earthy for your palette.
Two cups have 20g of calcium, and 7 times more antioxidant than orange juice. To increase the health benefits, try in shakes or as a cake ingredient.
