Our Peppermint Matcha blends organic peppermint with this special powdered tea, is great with water at 80-90c as a natural pick me up, or with hot milk as a Matcha Latte. Just use 1g of this ‘powder gold’ of teas per cup. Try it with lemon or honey, if you’re into the health benefits, but it’s a little earthy for your palette.
Two cups have 20g of calcium, and 7 times more antioxidant than orange juice. To increase the health benefits, try in shakes or as a cake ingredient.
